Aid the Director of Estimating and Senior Estimators in the preparation of quantity surveys, pricing and bidding. Coordinate the quantity survey with the unit costs of various components of the work. Obtain subcontractor and vendor pricing for work not performed by client. Educational and experience requirements include BS degree in engineering or construction management and a minimum of two years’ construction experience or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience. Knowledge of company procedures, estimating techniques and advanced computer knowledge are required. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to changing situations and attention to detail required.
